The 2026 Scout & Molly’s Conference will take place Sunday, July 26 – Tuesday, July 28, 2025, at the Desmond Hotel located at One Liberty Blvd, Malvern, PA 19355. There is a block of rooms at a special rate for Scout & Molly’s. Use code SMB to activate the special rate.

- Single Occupancy: $154.00 plus 11% occupancy tax

- The link will open up to the Desmond Hotel website. Click on the “Make a Reservation” box.
- Enter dates of stay and number of rooms needed. The special rate is only available for Scout & Molly’s guests on Saturday, July 22 and Sunday, July 23.
- Click the Special Rate Box and enter Group Code: SMI
- Click the Check Rooms and Rates button. The group rate will populate and appear as an option.

Important Note for Hilton Honors members:
Hilton Honors Guests who provide their Hilton Honors account and use the SMI group code online, or identify themselves with Scout & Molly’s when making their reservation and paying for their own rooms, will receive Hilton Honors points for their stay. Those who wish to use Hilton Honors points towards the cost of their reservation, must book their stay through their Hilton App or the Hilton website. These bookings are outside of the special group rate and would not be considered a part of the Scout & Molly’s block of rooms.
Important Note Regarding Extended Stays:
If using online reservations to request a room that is outside of the Scout & Molly’s Conference dates (Saturday, July 22 to Monday, July 24) you may receive a “rooms not available” message. If you need rooms before or after the official conference dates, you may reserve them at the Desmond Hotel’s regular rates.
